Codeeo LMS trains Dubai and Abu Dhabi workforces in one connected system.

Codeeo LMS is LMS software UAE companies use to onboard new joiners, run required training, test knowledge and keep certificates current across every branch and emirate. We built it ourselves on Next.js for the web, with a Flutter app for iOS and Android, and our Dubai team sets it up, migrates your content and supports it after launch.

In short

Workforces here are unusually varied: many nationalities, Arabic and English speakers, head offices in one emirate and sites in others, and steady hiring all year. Codeeo LMS gives HR one view of all of it, while each manager sees only the people they lead. Records are dated and tied to each employee.

Codeeo LMS features

What your learners, managers and HR team get.

A typical UAE employer we speak to has training spread across a video folder, WhatsApp groups, classroom registers and certificates printed and filed at each branch. Onboarding a large intake of new joiners means repeating the same briefings site by site, and nobody can say quickly who is overdue on fire safety or the updated code of conduct.

Codeeo LMS turns that into one learning management system Dubai head offices and branch managers share. It is a cloud LMS, so staff sign in from a browser or the app at any site, and the hosting arrangement is agreed with you. Every enrolment, quiz, attendance mark and certificate is stored against the employee with a date, and dashboards roll up from branch to emirate to group. Arabic screens and right to left layouts are scoped in discovery when your workforce needs them, alongside English course content.

Explain your project
  • Course management

Organise videos, documents, presentations and policies into courses and a shared catalogue. Group content such as the code of conduct stays under central control, while branches add their own site inductions next to it. Separate English and Arabic versions of a course can sit side by side. Older versions stay on record, so you can show which edition an employee completed.

Group content and local content without duplication.

  • Employee enrolment

Assign training by role, team, department, branch or emirate. When a large intake joins at once, each new starter receives the induction for their role automatically, with due dates set from their joining date, instead of HR building lists by hand. Transfers between branches update the courses a person needs without manual changes.

Large intakes onboarded without manual lists.

  • Tests and assessments

Quizzes, exams and assignments with pass criteria, retake limits and randomised questions. Supervisors or trainers can mark written work and leave feedback, which suits roles where a manager must confirm someone is ready before they start. Question banks can be kept in both languages.

Readiness confirmed before people start the job.

  • Progress tracking

See completion, scores and overdue training by employee, branch, department or emirate. Area managers can compare sites, and HR can spot quickly which branch is behind on a refresher before a client audit or an internal review finds it. Comparing results between language versions of a course shows whether the translation is working.

Gaps are visible across every branch.

  • Certificates and renewals

Issue certificates on completion with the course, date and score. Training that must be refreshed gets a renewal date, and learners and managers are warned as it approaches, so an expired certificate does not catch a site out. Employees can download their own certificates when a client or inspector asks.

Renewals planned months ahead, not discovered late.

  • Live and classroom training

Schedule instructor led sessions in a training room or by video call and record attendance against each learner. Practical sessions can belong to the same course as the online theory, so the record shows the whole picture. The trainer or an administrator marks attendance for each session.

Classroom and online training in one history.

  • Learning paths

Build structured programmes for onboarding, supervisor development and career progression. A graduate scheme, a national talent programme or a new manager track can each follow its own path while reusing common modules. Managers enrol a whole team into a programme in one step.

    Development programmes that run consistently.

  • Reports and reminders

Training dashboards for HR, branch managers and leadership, with deadlines and automated notifications to learners and their managers. Reports export for board packs, client audits and internal reviews. Notification wording can follow the learner's language where Arabic support is scoped.

Less chasing by email and by phone.

  • Mobile learning

The Flutter app brings courses, quizzes and certificates to phones and tablets. Retail, hospitality, facilities and field staff, many of whom never sit at a desk, can learn between tasks and continue later on the web. Short modules suit staff on rotating shifts.

    Training reaches frontline teams.

  • Custom modules and LMS consultancy

Our Dubai team also delivers LMS database design, cloud based LMS development, elearning resource management and tracking systems, and LMS code review and testing. When you need a feature Codeeo LMS does not yet have, we scope it in discovery and build it on the same platform. Each module is tested before it reaches learners.

Who it is for

UAE organisations Codeeo LMS is built around.

Codeeo LMS is most useful where staff numbers are large, turnover is steady and training must be shown to clients, regulators or head office. Some come to us after trying off the shelf employee training software UAE suppliers sell, and finding it hard to adapt to their structure. Below are four kinds of UAE organisation we hear from most. Requirements differ by sector, emirate and free zone, so your HR, legal or compliance lead defines what the platform has to record, and we configure it to match.

01

Large employers with multinational workforces

Groups in retail, hospitality, construction, facilities and logistics hire constantly and from many countries. They need an induction that works for people with different first languages and a way to track it across branches in several emirates. We set up role based onboarding, language versions of key courses and dashboards per branch and per emirate. Supervisors on site get a simple view of who in their team is overdue.

Onboarding that scales with hiring.

02

Free zone companies and regional headquarters

Companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi free zones often run a regional team here and train staff in other countries too. Codeeo LMS lets the UAE office own the catalogue and reporting while other offices manage their own people. Firms in DIFC or ADGM, which have their own data protection rules, plan settings with their compliance team in discovery. Training for staff on secondment can be tracked in the same record. Reporting can roll up to the regional headquarters.

A regional catalogue run from the UAE.

03

Healthcare groups and clinics

Hospitals, clinic groups and pharmacies run recurring mandatory training for clinical and support staff. We configure role based assignments, renewals and branch reports. Codeeo LMS holds staff training records only; it is not designed to store patient information, and should not be used to. Clinical educators can mark assignments and run practical sessions in the same system.

Workforce training, kept apart from patient data.

04

Training institutes, academies and schools

Training centres, private academies and schools need courses, exams, live classes and certificates for students and staff. We organise the platform by cohort, class and term, and scope student and parent facing features beyond the standard set as custom work. Teachers see their own classes; academic leads see the whole school.

Cohorts and terms, not departments.

How we roll out Codeeo LMS in the UAE.

  1. 01Discovery workshopIn person at our Dubai office or by video call, we map branches, roles, languages, current training and the reporting HR needs. Your legal lead confirms the data protection rules that apply, and we write the scope.
  2. 02ConfigurationBranches, emirates, departments, roles, enrolment rules, pass marks, certificate templates and reminder schedules are set to reflect your organisation chart.
  3. 03Content migrationExisting videos, documents, quizzes and completion records are reviewed and moved in. English and Arabic material is matched up, and outdated items are flagged for you to decide.
  4. 04Pilot branchOne branch or department goes live first. Their feedback on language, phone use and course length shapes the settings before everyone joins. Success measures are agreed first.
  5. 05LaunchOther branches follow in an agreed order. Administrator training can be held in person in Dubai or by video call, and learners receive their first courses automatically.
  6. 06SupportOur Dubai team handles fixes, configuration changes and agreed improvements, guided by completion data and feedback from managers. Support terms are set before launch.

Technology

What we build this with.

The web platform is built with Next.js, so pages load quickly on office networks and on mobile data at remote sites. The mobile app is built with Flutter, giving iOS and Android staff the same features from one codebase. Any custom module uses the same stack. Administrators manage the platform through a web dashboard without writing code.

Questions UAE teams ask about Codeeo LMS.

Start with one branch, then add the others in an agreed order.

We usually configure the full organisation chart first, with every emirate, branch and role, then pilot with one branch near the Dubai head office. Once settings are proven, other branches join in sequence, and their managers are trained in person or by video call. Central HR keeps the shared catalogue and group reports, while branch managers handle their own staff. The order is agreed in discovery. Most groups launch the shared induction first, because every branch hires, and add specialist courses once the basics are running.
